iMarket is looking for aggressive and motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. This role is ideal for self-motivated candidates with excellent sales skills and strong interpersonal skills, who are not afraid of cold calling and can be successful at selling over the phone.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to close
- Heavy outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical contracting businesses offering iMarket’s products such as website packages, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
- Identify marketing needs of potential customers and offer iMarket solutions that fit those needs
- Be able to present advance features of iMarket products and articulate the ROI for the client
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term client relationships
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets
- Work with Online Marketing Coordinator post launch to ensure customers are receiving consistent value and create opportunities for up sale.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years experience making outbound calls to generate sales with small- medium service based companies such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, accountants, doctors, pest control companies, movers, etc
- Proven success in cold calling and field sales
- Successful Sales Representatives must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
- Strong knowledge of small business advertising needs
- Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone quickly and effectively
- Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
- Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical background is a big plus
- Strong time management skills
- 4 year college degree
