Digital Reputation Specialist
This is an entry level digital marketing role, and no previous experience is required.
iMarket Solutions is looking to hire a Digital Reputation Specialist, to help maintain and improve the online reputation of our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong aptitude for customer service, strong verbal communication skills, the ability to train internal / external customers, as well as a strong understanding of reputation and online reviews. This role is also responsible for helping support our Live Chat product as well as our SEO product.
We are looking for someone who can effectively multitask and prioritize various projects based on their urgency and importance.
The Digital Reputation Specialist role is responsible for the following:
- Management of online review sites such as Google My Business, Yelp and BBB for all clients subscribed to our Review Generation and Management services.
- Train and manage clients subscribed to our Review Generation and Management product.
- Respond to positive reviews, while collaborating with clients to properly address any negative reviews.
- Monitor, track, and report on all online review activity.
- Learn, master, and manage our online reputation management software platform.
- Surface problems with our Live Chat product.
- Offer competitive intelligence and insights into other live chat products / services.
- Support the SEO Team with various link building and reporting tasks.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Positive and polite in online communications, with great attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with upset customers.
- The ability to learn new systems and guidelines surrounding the management of online reviews.
- A motivated and curious person who keeps up with all the digital marketing trends and strategies.
