The Marketing Coordinator position at iMarket Solutions is an Client Experience role dedicated to account management, building relationships and coordinating marketing campaigns across various departments. This role is entry level dedicated to developing the individual intro a successful Digital Sales role. Success in this role depends on excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal awareness, critical problem solving and coordination skills, and a dedication to serving the customer. The Marketing Coordinator owns communication and workflow for their accounts, enabling our products and services to increase traffic, conversion and overall success for our clients. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational and customer service skills, comfortable adapting on the fly and prioritizing their day-to-day schedule accordingly. Daily responsibilities include helping clients design digital marketing campaigns, client communication and follow-up, analyzing campaign data, meeting prep and follow-up, engaging clients, cascading information across departments, and ensuring campaign deliverables are on-track and on-time. For this role, it is essential to have the ability to adapt your communication style to the needs of your client, and foster and maintain strong business relationships to nurture accounts and identify upsell opportunities. Interest in business consultation, consultative selling and account portfolio development is key- as this role provides an exciting growth opportunity into our Sales function.
