iMarket is looking for ambitious and motivated Sales Consultants to join our team. This role is ideal for self-motivated candidates with excellent sales skills and strong interpersonal skills, who like to help find the right solution for our clients and new prospects.
- Be responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to close
- Heavy outbound sales calls to small and medium-sized HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical contracting businesses offering iMarket's products such as website packages, SEO, PPC, social media, etc.
- Identify marketing needs of potential clients and offer iMarket's solutions that fit those needs
- Be able to present advance features of iMarket products and articulate the ROI for the client
- Be able to communicate the value-added services
- Effectively manage sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term client relationships
- Close sales and achieve or exceed monthly targets
- Work with Marketing Coordinators and Specialists post launch to ensure clients are receiving consistent value and create opportunities when appropriate for Client
- Ability to travel to various trade shows, trainings, etc. throughout the year
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience making outbound calls to generate sales with small-medium service-based companies such as plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors, accountants, doctors, pest control companies, movers, etc.
- Proven success in cold calling and consultative sales
- Successful Sales Representatives must be proficient at conducting needs analysis
- Strong knowledge of small business marketing needs
- Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone quickly and effectively
- Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
- Works well with internal teams
- Salesforce.com knowledge is preferred
- HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical background is a big plus
- Strong time management skills
- 4-year college degree
