iMarket Solutions is a digital marketing agency that works with large to midsize companies in the home services industry (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.). We are looking for a Managing Director for our spin-off company, Contractor HQ, which works with small and growing home services businesses that are not yet ready for iMarket’s comprehensive range of marketing services.

To be successful in the Managing Director role, you will need to have experience leading a team and working directly with a variety of clients, and you will need to enjoy leading initial consultation meetings with prospective clients set up by our sales team. Equally importantly, you will need to be a data- and metrics-based thinker who can discuss and support digital marketing strategy at a high level. The strategy will be executed by a strong team that is already in place. 

As Managing Director, you will work on an hourly contract basis with an existing set of clients while you learn. iMarket leadership will stay involved with marketing/sales and training during this period. If we are mutually interested in deepening the relationship, we can begin to explore the possibility of having you become the Managing Partner of Contractor HQ. Both revenue and equity shares would be made available and company financials would be shared transparently with you.  

Contractor HQ already has an established client base in a recession-resistant industry. Our existing clients are ripe for upsells and we cater to a business demographic that is currently underserved by digital marketing agencies. This means that there is significant potential for additional growth under a dynamic, forward-thinking leader. 

Contractor HQ is a 100% remote company that allows you to live wherever you like and supports a good work/life balance, whatever that means to you! As long as you have the right experience and skills, the only other things you’ll need to be the Managing Director and perhaps eventually to become Managing Partner of this business is a good internet connection and a professional-looking digital background.
