Paid Media Manager


iMarket Solutions is seeking an experienced and growth-strategy-minded Paid Media Manager with an understanding of Paid Media funnel strategies, processes, and best practices to drive qualified leads to our clients in the Home Services industry. In the Home Service Industry we need to be able to make our clients the goto vendors when their services are needed. That means we need someone who can create funnels that keep our clients' brands in front of the right people so when the appropriate time comes our clients are the contractors hired within their local regions.

The Paid Media Manager is dedicated to creating, managing and reporting on multiple digital marketing channels and tactics in coordination. The Paid Media Manager is responsible for cross-channel, multi-touch campaigns involving paid ads, display and video, remarketing, audience data and CRM integration. And as a manager on the Digital Products Team, the Director role will contribute to digital product planning, goals and innovation.


  • Strategize multi-touch, cross-channel paid media ad campaigns that meet or exceed designated KPIs
  • Manage a SEM, display and paid video ad team to build, execute, optimize and scale ad campaigns across managed channels
  • Deliver projection-and-budget-based lead acquisition, brand awareness and traffic funnels for inbound marketing and advertising efforts
  • Utilize advanced features within Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager to improve campaign performance: Tags, Retargeting, Ad Placements, Ad Targeting, Custom Audiences, and SimilarTo/Look-a-like Audiences
  • Expand iMarket’s command of programmatic display channels through research, data-based selection, testing and cross-channel coordination
  • Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of analytic and attribution for building campaigns, audiences, conversion tracking, and other tools used to deliver results
  • Leverage communication platforms such as Email, Text & Facebook Messenger to augment full funnel strategy
  • Operate and maintain an automation platform
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce ad creatives
  • Run A/B split tests to optimize campaign performance and gain valuable insights about our customers’ through a data-driven approach
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance by clearly reporting results, trends, problems, and opportunities – with focus on ROI
  • Work with the marketing team to develop conversion assets (emails, content and landing pages) to align with paid acquisition and marketing funnel strategy
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and internal stakeholders

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years' experience working in the digital media buying & planning space with a focus on paid media strategy, optimization and growth
  • 3+ years of in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook, with full fluency of Google Ads’ SEM, display and video ad types
  • 2+ years of experience managing a paid media team, with a proven track record of working with other departments to leverage data and supporting channels such as Email and Web
  • Advanced understanding and experience creating paid advertising campaign funnels across key platforms including Google, Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram
  • Experience with programmatic display ad networks, vendors and channels a plus
  • Experience with CRM and offline data integration to optimize paid media campaigns
  • Ability to analyze paid media campaign and creative performance data in order to improve KPIs, with a focus on providing client-facing next steps
  • Ability to provide creative insights and recommendations based on performance data
  • Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in order to establish and meet shared organizational goals
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to identify, communicate, solve and follow up on issues that arise on a daily and weekly basis
  • Cultivate fresh ideas and discover new opportunities based on data analysis, trends in the digital marketing space, and new brands/products being launched
  • Passion for developing a team, cultivating their skills and growing channel budgets
  • Command of translating strategy into workflows, managing projects and hitting KPIs
  • Must love and be curious about data analytics and how that affects the bottom line
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Marketing preferred, but will accept all
