When DeHart Plumbing, Heating, and Air Inc. joined the iMarket family, they were extremely displeased with their former marketing company. We would be too—they were uncommunicative, never followed through on proposed strategies and were generally unhelpful. Low lead conversion and poor search engine visibility made it hard for DeHart to reach the customers they needed and provide the best quality of service possible.

Long-term customer relationships are a big priority for DeHart. That’s why we made sure to engage new and existing customers with a comprehensive email marketing and social media marketing strategy. By creating content that helped keep DeHart visible on people's social media pages and their inbox, it helped to build out those long-term relationships.

To date, DeHart’s Facebook followers increased by 14.77% and boosted engagement by 679%. Similarly, we helped to drop their cost per lead through email costs by half in the first year while increasing the number of email generated leads by 314%.

Increased Visibility, Increased Leads, Lower Costs

Our strategy for DeHart was to increase keyword rankings with a town-by-town strategy to boost leads and conversion. By using long-tail keywords and highly competitive short-tail keywords to promote the key services that they provide in those towns, we increased DeHart's visibility and organic leads.

Within their first year at iMarket, Dehart saw a 200% increase in the number of tracked terms on the first page of Google. The increase didn’t stop there though! As of today, the business has now seen a 258% increase in those tracked terms. This increase in visibility has allowed them to pull in more local, highly qualified traffic, which has resulted in an increase in organic leads.
