Creative Campaign Coordinator

Description 

The Creative Campaign Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the execution and administration of marketing campaigns across various traditional and digital channels, with a strong focus on traditional marketing methods, such as direct mail and print advertising. This role involves setting up and coordinating project workflow and timelines, managing demographic and market analysis, purchasing mailing lists and ensuring the smooth operation of marketing campaign processes. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and administrative skills, along with experience executing cross-channel marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns, particularly direct mail, print and traditional channels.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure alignment between marketing goals and campaign deliverables.
  • Manage project workflow and timelines, ensuring all marketing activities are completed on schedule.
  • Conduct demographic research to identify target audiences and list demographics for marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and inform campaign strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts.
  • Source and purchase targeted mailing lists through third-party vendors to support direct mail campaigns.
  • Manage, prepare and update mailing lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of direct mail materials.
  • Manage the workflow of multiple marketing campaigns across a portfolio of contractor clients simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, sales, and account management, to coordinate marketing campaigns. 
  • Assist in the production design and revision process of a variety of marketing assets, including but not limited to digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, landing pages, brochures, and direct mail pieces.
  • Help maintain and promote visual and message brand consistency across designs and touchpoints, ensuring that all marketing materials adhere to established brand guidelines and reflect the brand’s identity for each client and project. 
  • Occasionally engage with clients to understand their design preferences, campaign objectives  and provide creative solutions that enhance their marketing campaigns.
  • Modify and adapt design files for various platforms, ensuring optimal performance across digital and print mediums.
  • Review and proof designs before production, ensuring that all materials are free from errors and meet high-quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software, and incorporate innovative approaches into the design process.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct demographic and market analysis.
  • Experience with direct mail campaigns and mailing list management.
  • Experience showcasing collaboration on a range of design/creative work projects, including digital and print projects.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience designing for the home services industry or similar fields is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and experience creating designs for various digital platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
