Director of Marketing Performance

Description

iMarket Solutions is looking for a Director of Marketing Performance to lead the next evolution of how we connect marketing strategy, customer journey, performance data, and business growth for our clients in the home services industry. .

This is not a channel-specific marketing or reporting role. We’re looking for a strong marketing strategist and leader who understands how the entire marketing funnel works—and how SEO, paid media, websites, social media, reputation, email, CRM and other marketing products work together to move a customer through the marketing funnel.

You’ll lead our Marketing Performance org group and help ensure our marketing products are evaluated not in isolation, but as interconnected parts of the customer journey. You’ll use data, analytics, forecasting, and AI to identify what is working, what isn’t, what’s coming next, and what strategic changes will create the greatest business impact.

This is a highly visible leadership role working across Product, Client Experience, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership, as well as directly with clients when strategic expertise is needed.

  • Understand how marketing products work together across awareness, consideration, conversion, retention, and growth.

  • Evaluate performance through the lens of revenue, lead quality, customer acquisition cost, conversion, retention, profitability, and ROI.

Client Strategy & Consulting

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients and Client Experience teams on complex marketing and performance challenges.
  • Participate in executive-level business reviews, strategic planning sessions, and client escalations.
  • Connect performance insights across the customer journey to diagnose root causes and recommend the right mix of marketing strategies and products.
  • Clearly communicate the “why” behind performance and the strategic actions clients should take next.
  • Help strengthen iMarket’s ability to tell compelling stories and communicate marketing strategy through data.

Organizational & Product Strategy

  • Identify patterns across our client base and translate those insights into opportunities for product development and improvement.
  • Partner with Product leadership to ensure our marketing products collectively support the customer journey and evolving market needs.

  • Help Client Experience and Operations identify systemic opportunities to improve client outcomes.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Executive Leadership on marketing trends, customer behavior, performance, and growth opportunities.

AI, Analytics & Innovation

  • Lead the responsible use of AI, predictive analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to use technology to better understand customer behavior, predict performance, and optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Continuously improve how iMarket measures, analyzes, and acts on marketing performance.

Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing Marketing Performance org group and its product leadership team.
  • Establish clear goals, performance expectations, accountability measures, and quality standards.
  • Coach and develop leaders to become stronger marketers, strategists, analysts, and communicators.
  • Build scalable systems and processes that improve strategic consistency, quality, and efficiency.
