Engagement Marketing Specialist

Description

iMarket Solutions is a full-service marketing agency partnering with home services businesses across the U.S. with a goal of building lasting partnerships with our clients by connecting marketing strategy to meaningful business results.

We’re looking for an Engagement Marketing Specialist to develop and execute integrated engagement strategies across organic social media, email and SMS. This role goes beyond publishing content or launching campaigns. You’ll own the strategy across these channels, creating coordinated customer experiences that strengthen client brands, build trust, support lead generation, and encourage repeat business and long-term loyalty.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative, and data-driven marketer who can confidently manage multiple client accounts, communicate directly with clients, and translate performance insights into actionable recommendations. You’re comfortable balancing strategy and execution in a fast-paced agency environment, managing competing priorities, and demonstrating the value of engagement marketing through clear reporting.

  • Collaborate with Account Managers, paid media specialists, designers, and other marketing teams to identify cross-channel opportunities and maintain a connected customer experience.
  • Prepare monthly engagement reports that clearly communicate strategy, performance, insights, and recommended next steps.
  • Onboard new clients, manage ongoing client requests, and complete assigned tasks and deliverables within established deadlines.
  • Manage priorities across a portfolio of clients while maintaining quality, accuracy, and strategic alignment.
