Responsibilities

  • Manage all Human Resource functions within the company
  • Ensure company compliance with all local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Recruit future talent for all growth and new iMarket roles
  • Manage the hiring process from job postings, recruiting, and screening through Manager driven interviews and offers.
  • Oversee onboarding and exit process across all roles to maintain consistency, quality and experience
  • Work with all team managers on capacity predictions, reporting to the Executive team to plan out Org Chart growth and new hire needs on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Act as a champion for our Core Values and Servant Leadership in everything they do
  • Employ a team-first mentality
  • Develop assessments, training and curriculum across roles to deliver on our Client Bill of Rights and Client Experience standards
  • Develop, organize and manage company training resources/intranet system
  • Implement ongoing training and development rhythms for all employees and teams
  • Coordinate all outside HR Vendors and manage related budgetary items
  • Support and guide Managers in the creation of Employee Development plans for all team members
  • Update and maintain compliance of all company policies and documents pertaining to Human Resources (employee records, handbooks, protocols, forms, etc.)
  • Provide support for employees and managers who may need HR Assistance and guidance
  • Documentation and maintenance of all role descriptions, responsibilities and performance expectations and pay grades
  • Participate in bench strength analysis and organization planning
  • Oversee the Employee Review process - guide Managers through standardized rewards, compensation and performance improvement plans as needed
  • Implement Employee Satisfaction assessments, set and measure progress on employee satisfaction and engagement
  • Champion iMarket company culture in all ways - from company events and team building, to policies, to relationships and 1 on1 support

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years experience working in Human Resources
  • Employee relations experience, experience in management
  • Experience resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Experience managing a remote or multi-state workplace preferred
  • Recent valid HR credentials or certifications preferred (i.e. SHRM, HRCI)
  • Exceptional communication and problem solving skills that allow you to lead and coach
  • A positive attitude and energy that enables, empowers and inspires others
  • Project management experience and proven skills driving rollout and execution
  • An ability to adapt to other communication styles and engage with all personality types
  • A passion for servant leadership and desire to make work FUN
