iMarket Solutions is growing! We are seeking to add an engaging, growth-minded Marketing Coordinator to our Client Experience Team. This position is dedicated to account management, building relationships and coordinating marketing campaigns across various departments. Success in this role depends on excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal awareness, critical problem solving and coordination skills, and a dedication to serving the customer.


The Marketing Coordinator owns communication and workflow for their accounts, enabling our products and services to increase traffic, conversion and overall success for our clients. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong organizational and customer service skills, comfortable adapting on the fly and prioritizing their day-to-day schedule accordingly. Daily responsibilities include helping clients design digital marketing campaigns, client communication and follow-up, analyzing campaign data, meeting prep and follow-up, engaging clients, cascading information across departments, and ensuring campaign deliverables are on-track and on-time. For this role, it is essential to have the ability to adapt your communication style to the needs of your client, and foster and maintain strong business relationships to nurture accounts and identify upsell opportunities.  Interest in business consultation, consultative selling and account portfolio development is key as this role provides an exciting  opportunity for growth within Client Experience and our Sales Function.

Responsbilities

A successful Marketing Coordinator will:

  • Understand the elements of a marketing plan
  • Have a level of understanding of how Digital products and services integrate in lead generation
  • Manage their account portfolio with a commitment to Partnership, Discovery, Communication and Innovation
  • Maintain a consistent meeting rhythm with clients 
  • Communicate clearly, effectively, and proactively across departments, and with iMarket clients
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing performance across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing and Reputation Management campaigns
  • Set, manage, and ensure delivery aligns with client expectations
  • Identify client needs and surface innovations to help improve our products and services
  • Identify, assess, and surface warning signs on accounts- create relevant retention strategies
  • Use iMarket’s Core Values to guide daily decision making
  • Onboard new accounts, and manage an expanding and changing account portfolio
  • QC and proof all client deliverables
  • Understand their clients’ brand and collect goals and preferences, effectively translating that information into product specific requirements
  • Engage in ongoing training and self development to educate our team and our clients on the ever changing digital marketing landscape
  • Identify and nurture opportunities to grow accounts and upsell products and packages to meet our client’s needs 
  • Demonstrate a keen sense of ownership, and commitment to follow-through
  • Monitor client satisfaction, investigate and report on all scenarios that fall below 100% satisfaction
  • Collaborate with Sales Team to align strategies to grow lower-tier accounts over time- with package upgrades, and product share

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)- preferably in marketing, communications, business or related digital field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service/customer facing role 
  • Experience using Salesforce, or similar CRM software
  • Experience with digital/web-based marketing 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills- able to adapt to other’s communication/personality styles
  • Adept at presenting in writing, in person, via phone and via webcam
  • Skilled in coordinating and managing timelines and deliverables across teams
  • Highly flexible and adaptable to continuous change and growth
  • Passion for small businesses and business development
  • Ability to communicate key insights from data analysis
  • Knowledge of Home Services industry is a plus
  • Experience with account development, sales, or consultative selling a plus
