Marketing Manager
Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance the iMarket brand, drive lead generation, and support the overall company goals. They will collaborate with various department leaders to optimize external brand performance and internal communications. The Marketing Manager is responsible for the execution within the marketing department, primarily the development of a plan, lead generation for sales, a brand plan, client experience support and research, strategy of brand and media, all iMarket Solutions’ brand strategy, influence on pricing strategy, and overall achievement of established performance metrics in the marketing plan.
Responsibilities
Develop a comprehensive brand strategy for iMarket Solutions, including brand development, campaigns, and industry awareness across verticals served.
Collaborate with strategic vendor partners to establish strong relationships and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
Maintain external media campaigns to enhance brand recognition and achieve top-of-mind awareness.
Lead the marketing department by communicating the company's plan, managing by example, and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Develop and execute an annual marketing plan, including sales promotions, local events, industry marketing events, shows, conferences, public relations, and lead generation programs.
Utilize cost-effective and approved technology to improve marketing department performance. Mastery of Hubspot and reporting modules.
Prepare and operate within the marketing department's yearly budget and operating plan.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to track marketing plan effectiveness and progress.
Conduct routine training sessions for the marketing team and coordinate additional training programs through vendor relationships.
Maintain and update the company website, digital marketing efforts, and social media presence to support brand development.
Coordinate and execute trade shows, including developing show plans and materials.
Establish relationships with industry periodicals, media outlets, and trade associations to position iMarket as an expert in the category.
Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing plans, forecasts, budgets, and lead requirements by vertical.
Develop and implement a public relations plan tied to the trades industry.
Create and manage a company and industry-wide newsletter with relevant content, links, and videos.
Produce videos and collateral materials for use in the sales process.
Coordinate regular communication sessions in company meetings to provide updates on the marketing plan and metrics.
Lead and manage an iMarket podcast to drive content and engagement.
Establish and maintain working relationships with key distributors and national accounts to deliver targeted messages from iMarket.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
5+ years of Proven experience in marketing management, including brand development and campaign execution
Ability to travel 3-5 times per year
Experience with HubSpot
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Experience in the trade industry or related field is a plus
