iMarket Solutions is seeking a Paid Media Strategy Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of our paid media programs across search, display, video, programmatic, and paid social.

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for owning our paid media product suite end-to-end,  including product performance and profitability, product innovation, team development, and the continued expansion of our AI-driven capabilities.

AZ, CO, FL, IL, KS, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA

Responsbilities

  • Own and evolve paid media strategy across all channels and the full marketing funnel (awareness → conversion → retention)
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of paid media specialists, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Serve as product owner for paid media offerings — defining scope, pricing, delivery models, and performance benchmarks
  • Build, test, and scale AI-driven capabilities across bidding, targeting, budget management, creative, reporting, and fraud prevention
  • Design and implement cross-channel campaign strategies aligned to client goals and financial performance
  • Establish and optimize workflows, processes, and operational systems to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Partner with Sales and Client Experience teams to support client strategy, retention, and growth
  • Translate data into actionable insights, including audience cohorting and funnel optimization opportunities
  • Oversee campaign execution, testing roadmaps, and performance reporting across all paid channels
  • Identify, evaluate, and pilot new platforms, tools, and technologies to keep iMarket ahead of industry trends
  • Develop internal reporting frameworks, KPIs, and benchmarks to measure product and team success
  • Support client communications, including strategy discussions, performance reviews, and escalations
  • Drive continuous product improvement through testing, prototyping, and iteration

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Agency or performance marketing background
  • 5+ years experience in paid media (Google Ads, paid social, programmatic, display, video)
  • Experience with AI-driven campaign optimization tools
  • Proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams
  • Experience building and optimizing full-funnel marketing strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video)
  • Home services marketing experience highly desired
