iMarket Solutions is growing! The Social Media Specialist is accountable for delivering premium social media marketing services to our premier clients. This person is a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Social Media strategies, processes, and best practices to drive qualified leads to our clients in the plumbing and HVAC industry. A successful Social Media Specialist will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time, and generate monthly social media reports to effectively communicate marketing strategies to clients. Prior agency experience is required.

Responsibilities

A successful Social Media Specialist will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, prioritize and handle multiple projects at a time, and generate monthly social media reports to effectively communicate marketing strategies to clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Create quarterly and monthly social media strategies for 20+ clients
  • Produce and curate content, including localized content, for 20+ clients
  • Create coordinated social media ad campaigns to achieve monthly and quarterly client goals
  • Report on paid and organic performance to inform progress toward goals and optimization to achieve goals
  • Locate, recruit and manage local and influencer content creators
  • Monitor local trends and brands to develop targeted relationships that support client goals
  • Connect with local businesses, brands, causes and customers for community management purposes
  • Respond to customer engagements daily for 20+ clients
  • Directly interface with clients on calls to determine how to better serve their strategy, reporting and brand
  • Collaborate with other digital products for cross-channel strategic opportunities
  • Other duties as assigned

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Must have prior agency experience (must be able to maintain numerous accounts)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Related Field or 3 Years of Experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Must know how to run Facebook ad campaigns via Facebook Ad Manager
  • Community management experience a plus
  • Google Analytics knowledge
  • Social media scheduling platforms (Sprout Social preferred)
  • Great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and Creatively
  • Stay Up-To-Date with Trends in the Social Media Industry
  • Knowledge of How Various Social Media Channels Work, How to Optimize Content, How to Monitor and Report Social Campaign Results, and How to Grow Brand Awareness.
  • Ability to Track KPIs & Benchmarks to Communicate Analytics to Clients
  • Reporting that is substantial and streamlined to focus on client goals and priorities
  • Fluency at using metrics to craft social media marketing strategies and convey them with concision and flexibility
  • Social Media: The ability to use social media to maintain or build a brand is necessary to be our Social Media Specialist. Our Social Media Specialist is expected to regularly post text, video, and images that engage the company’s target market, follow online conversations on a company’s social media accounts, and solve customer concerns using social media platforms.
  • Communication: Great verbal and written communication skills are essential for this position.
  • Our Social Media Specialist must interact with writers, designers, developers, and customers and report to senior management personnel. As a good communicator, our specialists must be able to identify social media events such as an interesting hashtag or a sensitive topic and share appropriate content that aligns with the client’s social media strategy.
  • Creativity: Crafting engaging content is an important skill for our Social Media Specialist. Our Specialist must have an eye for design and constantly align content with customer trends and market changes to interest and engage people.
  • Technology: Computer skills, skills in using social media platforms, and skills in using tools that analyze social media platforms are requirements for this position. Our Social Media Specialist must use digital technologies to meet the goals of social media campaigns.
  • Research: Skills in learning social media trends, identifying new social media tools, and finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position. Our Social Media Specialist must have an understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as the client’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketing.
  • Prioritization: The skill of organizing tasks to meet deadlines is essential for this professional role. Our Social Media Specialist will work according to schedules and must meet marketing and business goals.
